Nico teach mindfulness and spirituality at bi-Annual workshop.
It’s what you might call a spiritual detox. This one-day event features short educational presentations by our leaders (think TEDTalks) on various challenges to mental health, community, and faith. Attendees are then given opportunities to think in silence and journal on how they’re really doing - a rare opportunity in today’s world.
